MOSCOW, July 6. /TASS/. In a phone conversation with German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Thursday, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani described as "disappointing" the package of European proposals to save the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action on the Iranian nuclear issue.

"Unfortunately the proposed package lacked operational solution and specific method for cooperation, and featured just a set of general commitments like the previous statements by the European Union," the Iranian leader was quoted as saying on his official website.

During the phone call, the German chancellor said that the discussion on details of the agreement should continue.

"What is important is that we know and we are certain that we want to stay in the deal and we believe that dialogue should continue in peace," she was quoted as saying.

Reuters reported later in the day that Rouhani also held a phone conversation with French President Emmanuel Macron.

During the meeting, the Iranian leader told his French counterpart that "Europe’s package of economic measures to offset the U.S. pullout from the nuclear deal does not go far enough," the agency reported.

"The package proposed by Europe ... does not meet all our demands," Rouhani was quoted as saying.

The Iranian president expressed hope that this issue will be raised at the meeting of foreign ministers from JCPOA signatory states with Iranian representatives, due on July 6 in Vienna.

Snuff Puppets

Everybody’s born

Everybody cries

Everybody shits

Everybody dies

Everybody is a giant 26.5m human puppet witharticulated, detachable and interactive body parts and organs.Ambitious in scope and subject, it is the largest human puppet on the planet and represents the essential humanness of everybody.

Everybody ‘s build is experimental; it’s kind of unimaginable, so big and complex but without high-tech design. Its creation is brute: rough: handmade. Everybody is all genders and multi-racial. Everybody is not just one puppet but a multitude of independent, roaming human body parts and organs; they are all characters in their own epic tale of human existence.

Everybody , the experience, is a 90-minute show. Everybody lies down indoors in theatres, outdoors in parks and in open public spaces. In repose, Everybody sleeps, breaths and stirs. Everybody is an immersive experience. Audiences can walk around, sit on, lie against, get inside, and cuddle up to Everybody and all its beautiful body parts. The giant human puppet is viewed in 360 degrees.

The piece begins with the death of the giant human puppet via a brick thrown at Everybody ’s head. The head cracks and its brain oozes out. Everybody watches its life flash before its eyes, from birth through life and ultimately death. Everybody ’s now independent body parts and organs perform the journey of its life stages. Everybody is in 4 Acts: Everybody ’s Born, Everybody Cries, Everybody Shits, Everybody Dies.

Human performers play audience members or passers-by who find themselves transported into, then flung out of, the brain of Everybody . Everybody is made up of: Mouth, Eye, Poo, Foot, Ear, Nose, Brain, Lungs, Baby, Penis, Vagina, Bum, Skin, Heart, Hand, Guts, Breast and Hair. And with guests, Pig and Brick

We hold Network Rail to account for delivery of its enhancement projects (large scale projects delivering new infrastructure) to its customers and funders. We do this by monitoring and publicly reporting on the delivery of projects and improvements in its capability.

We protect the interests of Network Rail’s customers and stakeholders by making sure they have the opportunity to comment on the impact of changes to Network Rail’s plans.

We provide guidance on the Investment Framework to informthird parties thinking of investing in the railway approvetemplate contracts and provide advice where required.

Blade fringetrimmed pumps Grey Casadei JwbkQN
sets out the role we propose to have in enhancements in CP6, in relation to that of DfT, Transport Scotland and Network Rail. We welcome comments by 31 August 2018 on the approach set out, which we will finalise in advance of CP6. Please send your comments to [email protected] .

Network Rail’s license requires them to publish a delivery plan that sets out its obligations for enhancement projects. This allows train operators to plan their businesses and funders to plan their finances with a reasonable degree of assurance.

For control period 5 (CP5 from 2014-2019), any projects to enhance the rail network are listed in Network Rail’s Enhancement Delivery Plan .

If Network Rail need to make changes to the Enhancements Delivery Plan, for example if a delivery milestone has to be delayed, Network Rail must agree it with their funders and submit a formal Change Control request. ORR reviews these Change Controls to make sure that all the affected stakeholders (such as train companies and local councils) have been consulted and that Network Rail are addressing their concerns.

As part of this process, ORR provides Network Rail with a quarterly letter, outlining our decisions on each of the Change Controls:

We report on Network Rail’s performance in delivering enhancement projects every 6 months. We also publish a report that lists the project milestones for each 6 month period showing which milestones were achieved, missed or revised.

Regulated milestone status summaries (attachments to ORR Monitor)

In addition, we sometimes use the independent reporter to complete a detailed review of specific projects or delivery issues. Recent reviews have included Network Rail’s implementation of the Enhancements Improvement Plan, delivery of Stirling-Dunblane-Alloa project and Edinburgh Glasgow Improvement Programme’s Target Cost.
